Scope of This Policy
This refund policy applies to all paid services offered by VitalsFixer, including:
- One-Time Fix ($99 one-time payment)
- Weekly Guardian ($149/month subscription)
- Daily Sentinel ($349/month subscription)
Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following are true:
- You submitted a valid website URL and granted us reasonable access to perform the optimization (e.g. CMS admin, FTP, Git, or staging environment access as needed).
- Our engineering team completed the audit and optimization process.
- Your Core Web Vitals scores (as measured by Google PageSpeed Insights before and after our work) showed no measurable improvement in LCP, INP, or CLS on the pages we worked on.
- You request the refund within 14 days of receiving your before/after report.
What Is Not Covered
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You provided inaccurate site access credentials that prevented us from completing the work.
- Scores regressed after our delivery due to changes you or a third party made to the site after the fix.
- You are dissatisfied with the degree of improvement but measurable improvement was achieved.
- For subscription plans: refunds only apply to the most recent billing period if no work was delivered in that period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with:
- Your name and email address used at purchase
- Your website URL
- Your PayPal transaction ID or subscription ID (found in your PayPal confirmation email)
- A brief description of why you feel no improvement was made
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed through PayPal (our payment processor) and should appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your PayPal account under Payments > Manage Subscriptions, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in the current billing period unless the money-back guarantee conditions are met.

All payments, subscriptions, and refunds are processed securely through PayPal. Your card details are never stored by VitalsFixer — PayPal handles all billing data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Refund timelines are subject to PayPal's processing schedule and your card network.
