📋 1. Who we are and what this is

VitalsFixer is a web‑based tool that runs performance checks on websites you enter and then shows you what's slowing them down. When we say "we", "our", or "VitalsFixer" on this page, we're talking about the people and project behind vitalsfixer.com. When we say "you", we mean anyone using the site, whether you're just clicking around or running full reports.

✅ 2. Accepting these terms

By using VitalsFixer in any way, you're agreeing to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with something here, the honest answer is: please don't use the tool. You don't need an account to run an analysis, but these rules still apply the moment you load the site and start interacting with it.

👍 3. What you're allowed to do

You can use VitalsFixer to: run performance checks on your own websites, on sites you manage for clients (with their permission), or on public sites for research and testing. You can screenshot reports, share them with your team, and use the findings to fix issues. That's the whole point.

You can't resell VitalsFixer as if it's your own service, wrap it in another product, or pretend you built the tool unless we've explicitly made a deal with you. If you want to integrate VitalsFixer into something bigger, talk to us first.

⚠️ 4. What you're not allowed to do

Here's the short list of "please don't":

• Don't spam the tool with automated requests or bots.
• Don't try to break, reverse engineer, or scrape the system in weird ways.
• Don't use VitalsFixer to harass other site owners or run "gotcha" campaigns.
• Don't use the service in any way that breaks local laws where you live.

If we see abusive or clearly harmful use, we may block access or throttle traffic. We'd rather not, but we will if we have to.

🔗 5. Third‑party services

VitalsFixer uses third‑party services under the hood, like Google's PageSpeed Insights API, to run some of the analysis. That means part of what you see in your reports comes from external sources, not directly from our own servers.

Those services have their own terms, rate limits, and quirks. If they go down, change their API, or temporarily block requests, the tool might stop working or behave strangely. We don't control those systems, and we can't guarantee they're always available.

🤷 6. No guarantees (seriously)

VitalsFixer is provided "as is". That's the legal phrase, and it basically means: we try to keep it accurate, useful, and online, but we can't promise it will be perfect or available 24/7. Performance scores can change, APIs can shift, and reports can become outdated as your site changes.

You're responsible for what you do with the information. We're not liable for lost revenue, bad rankings, broken layouts, or late‑night stress caused by chasing better scores. Use the tool as a guide, not a single source of truth.

©️ 7. Intellectual property

The brand name "VitalsFixer", the site design, the written copy, the report layout, and the underlying code for the tool belong to the creators of VitalsFixer, unless clearly labeled otherwise. You're welcome to reference our content, quote snippets, or show screenshots, but you don't own the tool itself.

On the flip side, the content on the websites you analyze belongs to their owners. Running an analysis here doesn't give you any rights over that content.

🔄 8. Changes to the service

We may tweak, improve, or completely change parts of VitalsFixer without warning. Sometimes we'll ship improvements quietly. Sometimes something old will disappear because it was causing more trouble than it was worth. That's just how software tends to go.

We might also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. If you keep using the tool after that, it means you accept the new version.

🚫 9. Ending or limiting access

We reserve the right to suspend or stop providing access to VitalsFixer at any time, especially if we see abuse, security concerns, or anything that puts the project or other users at risk. In normal human terms: don't be that person, and we'll be fine.

📧 10. Contact

If you have questions about these terms, or something here feels unclear or off, reach out. We'd rather explain it in plain language than hide behind legalese.
